Mitchells Nutrition is a New Zealand-based brand known for premium bone broths, collagen, and protein supplements. Their mission is to bring traditional nutrition to modern life, using clean ingredients and time-tested methods.
The team wanted to drive more revenue and collect more data from their website visitors. Their existing pop-up and welcome email setup didn’t reflect the quality or depth of the brand. The goal was to build a proper welcome flow in Klaviyo that felt considered, on-brand, and would start driving value from day one.
